Job description

As the Corporate Director – Human Resources, you will lead the HR strategy, people development, and organizational culture for the company’s operations across the Middle East & Africa. This executive role is responsible for aligning HR practices with business goals, driving talent strategy, and ensuring compliance, engagement, and workforce readiness across all hotels and corporate entities.

You will act as a key advisor to senior leadership, directly supporting the CEO and Chairman on workforce planning and people strategy. This role provides oversight of regional HR operations, talent acquisition, training, employee relations, and HR systems, while leading initiatives that foster a high-performance and inclusive culture.

Key Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive human resources strategy aligned with corporate vision and operational objectives.
  • Provide strategic HR counsel to the CEO, COO, Chairman, and senior leadership team.
  • Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development across the region.
  • Lead organizational structure reviews, job architecture, and manpower alignment.
  • Champion leadership development programs and high-potential talent identification.
  • Oversee talent acquisition for senior and executive roles across all entities.
  • Promote a high-performance culture with clear KPIs, structured feedback, and recognition frameworks.
  • Lead company-wide employee engagement programs, action planning, and retention strategies.
  • Ensure alignment between company values, leadership behaviors, and organizational culture.
  • Lead the company’s nationalization efforts across all operating markets, including Emiratization, Saudization, Omanization, and other country-specific localization programs.
  • Develop and monitor workforce nationalization plans in coordination with HR and operations leadership, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and government quotas.
  • Partner with property and corporate leaders to identify roles suitable for national talent and drive recruitment, development, and retention initiatives accordingly.
  • Report on progress against localization KPIs and collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure alignment with evolving national policies.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws and internal audit protocols.
  • Review and standardize HR policies, procedures, and contracts across properties and regions.
  • Oversee investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes with fairness and transparency.
  • Optimize the use of HRIS platforms, analytics dashboards, and automation tools for efficiency.
  • Leverage data for workforce insights, predictive HR metrics, and leadership reporting.
  • Drive digital transformation in HR operations across the group.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the regional HR team.
  • Foster a collaborative, values-based work environment.
  • Act as the ambassador of the company’s people-first strategy.
