Job description

In this role, you will be working as a core team member of CSS’ Global Corporate Development team, working with our senior team to support multiple strategic Corporate Development projects (i.e. M&A, Fundraising, Strategic Partnerships).

This will mean that you will often be working closely with some of our most senior executives, and working on the most strategic and exciting projects that are happening across its multiple business lines.

In your day to day, you will work hand in hand with our different internal teams to create financial models, co-create world class presentation materials, assist with structuring and managing due diligence on ongoing deals and leveraging internal and external data sets to build compelling pitches and negotiation approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage internal and external data sets to build compelling pitches and negotiation angles
Required Qualifications:
  • SQL (Need to have) - Should be able to independently build upon / adjust existing queries and extract and manipulate data to support our activities
  • English: Spoken and Written (Need to have)
  • Structured and clear communicator (Need to have) - Should be able to clearly and concisely present his points and defend the logic of their suggestions in front of a senior audience
  • Strong logical and analytical skills (Need to have)
  • Financial Modelling (Need to have) - Should be able to create elegant, logical financial models when given a brief
  • Presentation Building Skills (Need to have) - Should be able to put together a compelling presentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Arabic: Spoken and Written (Nice to have)
