Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external communications inquiries.
  3. Create and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials to local and international media outlets.
  4. Manage relationships with media partners, influencers, and stakeholders to secure positive coverage and enhance brand reputation.
  5. Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing collateral, including newsletters and digital content.
  6. Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
  8. Provide communication support to senior executives, including speechwriting, presentation preparation, and media training.
  9. Track and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
  10. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of local regulations and cultural sensitivities to ensure compliance and relevance in communications efforts.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related roles.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  4. Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies and campaigns.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
