A leading company in the UAE is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing strategies and campaigns. The role involves planning marketing activities, creating content, organizing events, and analyzing campaign performance. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Business and at least three years of experience, showcasing strong communication and creativity.
The job purpose of a Marketing Coordinator is to support and assist in the implementation of marketing strategies. This includes tasks such as coordinating channels, organizing events, and collaborating with various teams to ensure consistent marketing efforts.
Organizational Role :
Adhering to the policies and procedures set by the organization, including guidelines related to attendance, timekeeping, data privacy, information security, and other relevant policies.
Upholding the organization's code of conduct and work ethics, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, respect, and accountability in interactions with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Ensuring proactive communication and collaboration with colleagues, departments, and teams to ensure seamless alignment and coordination of activities.
Aligning individual tasks and projects with organizational strategy, actively seeking opportunities to improve processes or outcomes, and participating in team initiatives or organizational projects.
Job Role :
Plan marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
Develop and assist in creating marketing content such as social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.
Organize and coordinate events, including logistics and follow-up activities.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Maintain and constantly update the database, segregating current and potential clients.
Assist the rest of the team whenever time and workload permit.
Perform any other tasks as allocated by the Line Manager.
Education / Qualification
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience :
At least 3 years of experience required for the role.
