Senior FX & Rates Sales Professional

We are seeking a Senior FX & Rates Sales professional with extensive experience in originating, structuring, and executing derivatives transactions with Multinational Corporates (MNC), Local Large Corporates (LLC), and State-Owned Enterprises (SOE). In this role, you will leverage your prior experience and client relationships to lead origination and structuring efforts in Dubai. The position involves collaboration with various departments within the bank, including Sales, Trading, Credit, Structuring, and Research, to offer a comprehensive range of products to our clients.

Your key responsibilities :

  • Originate and execute FX, Rates, and Money Market products with MNC, LLC, and SOE clients.
  • Collaborate with product and sales partners, utilizing the broader Deutsche Bank franchise to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Focus on originating and expanding standalone derivatives business while strategically leveraging balance sheet-linked opportunities for growth.
  • Manage daily client inquiries related to trade execution and settlement, including pricing and booking.
  • Monitor revenue performance against KPIs to ensure transparency and accountability.

Your skills and experience :

  • Minimum of 6 years experience in sales of FX, Rates, and Money Market products, serving MNC, LLC, or SOE clients in UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE markets and emerging market dynamics.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Client-centric approach with a focus on building strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
