A leading international law firm seeks to appoint a junior corporate associate (c.1–3 PQE) to join its busy Dubai office. The firm advises on complex, high-value transactions for major private equity funds, multinational corporates, and financial institutions, offering excellent cross-border exposure and significant career development opportunities.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will work across a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, joint ventures, private equity and general commercial advisory work. This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong technical ability, commercial awareness and the confidence to manage matters under partner supervision while liaising directly with major international clients.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified in a recognised common law jurisdiction.
  • 1–3 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law with a top-tier onshore or offshore practice.
