Join our client, a Leading Business Setup Consultancy, as a Corporate Ambassador .

We are looking for a dedicated professional to assist and guide our prospects, applicants, channel partners, and clients through their queries, concerns, and transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Assistance : Assist and guide clients in resolving their questions and transactions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Client Understanding : Actively listen to and understand clients' requests and concerns to provide personalized support.
• Request Ownership : Take full ownership of client requests until closure, coordinating both internally and externally to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
• Issue Resolution : Address, guide, and resolve client requests according to set standards or better, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Escalation Management : Manage client escalations effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolutions within company policies and procedures.
• Team Collaboration : Perform other tasks as directed by the line manager or team leader, contributing to team success.

Key Qualifications :

• Language Proficiency : Fluency in Arabic is a must.
• Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivering results.
