Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business setup Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, specialising in business registration, residency services, tax registrations, and banking consultation. The role requires a proactive individual who can identify and close business opportunities while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the areas of business registration, residency services, tax registrations, and banking consultation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with market trends, industry regulations, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of business registration, residency services, tax registrations, and banking consultation processes in Dubai.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
