Harjai Technologies is seeking an IT Tech Lead - Core Banking in Abu Dhabi to own architecture and delivery of core banking systems on-site. You will lead engineering squads, govern coding practices, and coordinate with senior recruitment specialists for project staffing.

The role requires 8+ years in software development, with 5–6 years in banking. You will work with platforms like Finacle, Temenos T24, Oracle FLEXCUBE, or BaNCS, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant banking solutions.

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive professional hands-on software development experience.
• 5–6 years specifically in banking and financial services domain.
• Strong practical knowledge of core banking platforms and integration patterns.
• Hands-on coding governance and SDLC leadership in enterprise environments.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary squads and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain core banking applications and platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software teams.
• Drive end-to-end SDLC activities from design to production deployment.
• Administer, configure, and integrate leading core banking platforms (Finacle, Temenos, FLEXCUBE, BaNCS).
• Implement secure APIs and messaging integrations with digital channels.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce enterprise coding standards and security baselines.
• Collaborate with product owners, risk officers, and QA during agile sprints.
• Maintain documentation for architecture, integration schemas, and runbooks.
