Involved Solutions LTD. in the UAE is partnering with a client to hire a Product Owner for a greenfield corporate and investment banking platform.

This hands-on role demands shipping product, not just advising, and requires experience from a build-oriented bank or fintech. You will own the product end-to-end across the Core Corporate pod, including corporate accounts, virtual accounts, escrow and liquidity management.

Qualificações

• 8 to 12+ years as Product Owner or Senior PM in a bank or fintech.
• Led 0-to-1 product initiatives or major re-platforms.
• Proven BRD/PRD ownership with epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong cross-functional orchestration across Tech, Ops, Risk and Compliance.
• Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders and turning complexity into clear decisions.
• Familiar with cloud-native cores, API-first and event-driven design.
• Experience with transaction banking or corporate banking platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Co-own the product direction with Business Owner and prioritize what to build.
• Define BRDs/PRDs, processes, epics and acceptance criteria.
• Map end-to-end business processes behind each product.
• Drive product end-to-end, identify gaps and resolve dependencies.
• Coordinate with Tech, Ops, Risk, Compliance, Treasury and other pods.
• Communicate progress, flag risks and steer leadership meetings.
