As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives. You will contribute to the realization of an operational year plan for department activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining dashboards on Salesforce.com and Tableau to support actionable recommendations for leadership
  • Reporting on Sales KPIs such as Pipeline Creation and Proposal generation, tracked per sales manager
  • Analyzing sales forecasts in Salesforce.com and generating reports on sales target achievement versus the annual plan
  • Reporting to the Commercial Excellence team on sales team add-on / cross-selling bonus achievement
  • Supporting marketing activities and providing administrative support
  • Maintaining data quality in Deal Machine / Salesforce.com and sharing reports for rectification
  • Supporting Sales Managers in onboarding new customers through the KYC process
  • Following up on PO / Order booking status and ensuring timely booking each quarter
  • Managing industry event planning and tracking leads for ROI analysis
  • Coordinating between customer marketing and Baker Hughes marketing teams for post-event social media postings and approvals

Qualifications for success:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Salesforce, Deal Machine (preferred), Tableau
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Eligible to work in UAE without sponsorship
