Our team offers a plant-wide, holistic suite of computerized machine condition monitoring and protection services as well as driven software solutions for Asset Performance Management called Cordant Solutions. We help our customers and partners to achieve outstanding levels of reliability through our innovative suite of hardware and software solutions.
As a Global Training Commercial & Communications Leader - Industrial Solutions, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating globally within Projects and Services to define customer training strategy and growth plan, increase visibility of Cordant training offerings, and define training offer development roadmap based on market analysis and Cordant integration.
- Developing inclusive solutions and ensuring training is integrated in Cordant Service offers.
- Improving training offerings, pricing, and growth. Improve training capabilities to meet customer training needs: equipment, instructors, new courses, and technology. Implement pricing and packaging of training offerings. Enable training growth through customer engagement, marketing and campaign efforts and own customer satisfaction on external training and use feedback to aid with course development.
- Driving training financials and improving registration statistics and analytics.
- Owning the training website for customers.
- Developing customer success stories on training or skill development plans.
- Owning the development of customer training portal and customer promotional campaigns.
- Working directly with content owners to determine the most appropriate, effective, and efficient means of communicating messages that highlight Services successes, customer appreciation, and capabilities.
- Partnering with Marketing leadership to ensure external marketing campaigns are conducted in accordance with best practices.
- Supporting Project and Services Leadership team to improve any process or procedure for growth enablement.
- Leading communications efforts to build awareness and understanding of Cordant Projects & Services strategy, business development, and technology initiatives.
- Delivering communication solutions and strategies that help to drive business KPIs.
- Striving to ensure all communications are technically correct and promoted in the most strategic fashion ensuring audience participation.
- Owning the relationship with our Global Training Partners like Mobius/ICML to drive growth, awareness, and improved communication strategies with tools and applications available.
- Quantifying and addressing investments needed to ensure Communications Growth is achieved as per KPIs, efficiently and to the benefit of Projects and Services and the larger business.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have 8+ years of experience in the Energy Industry.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Be able to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
- Have the ability for self-learning through internal and external training to enhance and support the job role.
