• Work with CRO and marketing teams to run A/B tests and optimize copy performance
• Analyze metrics to refine copy and improve conversion rates
• Refresh existing content to increase engagement and results
• Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure copy enhances the user experience
• Keep up with CRO trends and techniques to maintain a competitive edge
• Deliver high-quality copy under tight deadlines, managing multiple tasks
• Focus on detail to ensure every word supports conversion goals

What You Bring to the Table

• 3+ years of experience driving conversions through persuasive copywriting
• Deep knowledge of CRO best practices to shape impactful copy
• Track record of increasing conversion rates with data-driven copy optimization
• Strong ability to craft high-performing copy that delivers results

• Understanding of US market preferences and buying behaviors
