Job summary

Dicetek LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks a skilled content writer for the banking and fintech domain to develop and maintain website content with accuracy and regulatory awareness. You will translate complex banking concepts into user-friendly language and ensure alignment with brand tone.

Collaborating with marketing, product, and compliance, you will ensure coherence between English and Arabic content and drive SEO-aligned messaging while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience writing banking/fintech content for web pages.
• UX writing or microcopy experience for CTAs, forms, errors.
• 3+ years of professional content writing experience.
• Strong understanding of banking products and services.
• Experience writing website content (home, product pages, FAQs, etc.).
• Able to write compliant, clear, persuasive content.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, linguistics, or related field (Master’s a plus).

Candidates Must Meet All Of The Following

• Proven experience in content writing for the retail banking, digital banking, fintech or financial institutions
• UX writing or microcopy experience (CTAs, forms, error messages)
• Minimum 3 years of professional content writing experience
• Strong understanding of banking products and services, such as: Accounts, loans, credit cards, Islamic banking, investments, digital banking, etc.
• Experience writing website content, including: Home Page, Product pages, Informational pages, Customer education content, FAQs etc.
• Ability to write persuasive, clear, accurate and compliant content suitable as per regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, linguistics, or related field (Master’s degree, a plus)

• Develop and contribute to the content strategy for the banking website
