General Purpose

Reporting directly to the Travel Industry Sales Manager, the Travel Industry Sales Coordinator is accountable for coordinating partners promotions (online and offline), operational execution, campaign analysis and project management.

Essential Duties

  • Targeted Partner Promotions: Participate in the development and coordination of targeted partner promotions. This involves working closely with partners to create and implement promotional strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Promotional Rate Codes: Coordinate the creation of promotional rate codes in the property management and promotion management systems. This task ensures that all promotional offers are accurately reflected in the system and are easily accessible for booking
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Assist in the analysis and reporting of the performance of promotional programs. This includes gathering data, analyzing trends, and preparing reports to evaluate the effectiveness of various promotions and identify areas for improvement
  • Offer and Promotion: Verify that offers and promotions are accurate, timely, and complete, ensuring that deadlines and requirements are met or exceeded. This task involves meticulous attention to detail to ensure that all promotional materials are correct and delivered on time
  • Partner Contract Preparation: Prepare annual contracts, addendums, and any other legal documents. This responsibility includes drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts to ensure they meet legal standards and company policies. This task would need to be done through the supervision of the direct Sales Manager
  • Partner Contract Execution: Execute all Travel Industry Sales Partner contracts, establish files, issue contracts, process bookings, and conduct appropriate follow-up correspondence with clients and internal departments. This task ensures that all contracts are handled efficiently and professionally
  • Familiarization Tours and Events: Provide assistance with Familiarization tours and events. This involves coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and ensuring that all aspects of the tours and events run smoothly
  • Work Atmosphere: Maintain a positive work atmosphere by being organized, self-motivated, and proactive. This includes fostering a collaborative and supportive environment within the team.
  • Communication Management: Facilitate communication between team members and clients, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned on sales activities
  • Data Analysis: Manage sales data, prepare reports, and analyze trends to support decision-making and optimize sales strategies
  • Logistical Coordination: Oversee logistical arrangements for sales activities, ensuring that all details are managed efficiently and effectively. Also be part of the content team to feed our Travel Industry portal dedicated to the Tourism partners
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Director of Travel Industry Sales. This may include various tasks that support the overall goals and operations of the Travel Industry Sales department

Qualification
