About the opportunity

What's On Your Plate?

1. Monitor and improve Rider Performance and Compliance
2. Lead Rider Recruitment for the allocated zones
3. Lead a Team of Rider Coordinators and/or Rider Captains
4. Manage rider roster with proper allocation of shifts/breaks/off-days etc
5. Supervise rider onboarding and training schedule with Rider Trainer and Rider Supervisor
6. Inventory management and usage compliance of Rider equipment
7. Groom rider quality (behavior, appearance, professionalism, presentation etc)
8. Set up a performance improvement plan to improve performance of low performing riders
9. Reduce rider complaints originating from customers
10. Monitor riders performance on an individual level and be responsible for coaching/warning riders
11. Audit fleet appearance and rider behavior via on-ground visits

What you need to be successful

What Did We Order?

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. 1-2 years of experience in the food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred.
3. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficient in Google Suite.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Hindi/Urdu is a must. Arabic is a plus.
6. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
7. UAE Driving License is a plus.
