Job description

Proactively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding documentation requirements, progress updates, duty exemption processes, and anticipated delays.

Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, compliance with MFC’s Code of Ethics, and other relevant policies.

Arrange and follow up on the collection of original documents for customs formalities.

Prepare for import arrivals at the port, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.

Process shipments promptly, ensuring timely delivery and avoiding additional port charges.

Possess hands-on knowledge of Dubai Customs requirements and duty exemption procedures.

Apply new HS codes and quota increases via customs and MOIAT portals.

Maintain accuracy in data entry, customs documentation, and financial calculations.

Manage job files from initiation to completion.

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Freight Forwarding Operations.
• Skills: Knowledge of international export/import documentation, Incoterms, LC documentation, online customs clearance (E-MIRSAL), familiarity with Free Zones, GCC countries import/export procedures, and excellent communication skills in English.
