We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator-Manpower Servicestojoin our Manpower Solutions team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone.

Scope:Coordinator-Manpower Services is responsible to support the smooth and efficient operation of Manpower contracts and accounts in coordination with the internal and external teams. The primary focus of this role is to coordinate the daily deployment movements of staff.

Financial

  • Ensure daily rostered headcount is deployed to site
  • Manage employee standby pool daily
  • Regularly review transport plan and fleet allocation

Customer

  • Work closely with internal teams daily on all matters related to employee, HR, Welfare, Transport, Demand Planning, Accommodation
  • Act as the first point of contact for all employee queries
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with client POCs across all site locations
  • Regular spot checks of employee performance on site
  • Ensure employees and clients are adhering to worker welfare and best HSE practices
  • Work closely with line management to ensure client requirements are met, addressing any concerns promptly

Process

  • Ensure all workflow process SOP are followed and carried out efficiently
  • Assist the Administration team in verifying monthly time and attendance to ensure accuracy of payroll and billing

Innovation

  • Identify areas where repetitive tasks can be automated
  • Encouraged to provide suggestions in areas where improvements can be made for employees and the business.
