About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Coordinator - Kitchen Administration to join the Food & Beverage Team at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:


About the Job:
  • Perform and monitor all administrative duties to the standards to ensure the smooth operation of Kitchen Administration office.
  • Be a source of communication to the HOD, Senior Chefs and Kitchen colleagues with regards to any information or concerns.
  • Prepares various Reports, documents and forms as required and for the information of the Executive Chef.
  • Ensure proper requisitioning and control of kitchen office supplies.
  • Update and maintain the colleague task list and other kitchen related forms and ensure all colleagues are aware of updates.
  • Ensure proper handling, use and maintenance of office equipment and cleanliness of work areas.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 1-2 years in a similar position.
  • College Diploma or Equivalent in a Hospitality Related Field.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Excellent Written skills.
  • Microsoft Package software proficiency.
