We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to support our IT Managed Services team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT service management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a flexible work environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the resources in the managed services
Act as the point of contact for managed services
Assist the team in day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations of resources
Coordinate the team leads and the shifts of resources
Handle customer interactions in the Government entity
Execute telephonic calls and internal coordination
Coordinate the monthly timesheets and attendance reports with the resources
Ensure invoicing is executed in a timely manner
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree holders (BBA/MBA - in Marketing Specialization) with a minimum of 4 years of related experience in UAE.
Experience in IT managed services is an advantage
Excellent customer service skills with English language (oral and written) communication skills.
Experience working in multi-national customer support.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets.
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates in Dubai and able to join immediately are preferred.
