Position: Coordinator - Facilities Management Soft Services

Location: HQ in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone

Scope

Assist the Operations Manager/Account Manager in delivering contractual FM provisions related to Soft Services. Ensure timely and quality service delivery to customers, manage a diverse cleaning team across multiple sites, and handle record-keeping and administrative activities. The role is critical in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Financial
  • Maintain daily deployments as per contractual agreements.
  • Share invoice information and obtain client approvals within stipulated timeframes.
  • Maintain contractual KPIs.
  • Coordinate efficiently to ensure smooth IFS operations.
Customer
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for new contract mobilization.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal departments and clients.
  • Address client escalations and operational needs promptly.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement solutions.
  • Manage resources to ensure smooth operations across all sites.
  • Conduct regular cleaning audits for all contracts.
Process
  • Create work schedules aligned with contractual scope for seamless delivery.
  • Report service variations to the Operations Manager.
  • Utilize CAFM systems effectively for required contracts.
  • Maintain records related to disciplinary actions, incident reports, and annual leave.

  • Identify and implement technology solutions.
  • Develop new cleaning methods to improve effectiveness.
  • Create customized cleaning solutions.
