We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator - Facilities Management Soft Services to join our Integrated Facilities Services team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.

Scope: Assist the Operations Manager / Account Manager in delivering contractual FM provisions related to Soft Services. Ensure time bound and quality service is offered to customers in line with the contractual requirement. Managing a diverse cleaning team on multiple sites as well as record keeping & Admin activities. This role plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of cleaning services, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Financial

  1. Ensure daily deployments are maintained as per the contractual
  2. Ensure invoice information and client approvals are shared within the stipulated time frame
  3. Ensure contractual KPIs are maintained as per scope
  4. Provide efficient and effective coordination for running smooth IFS operations

Customer

  1. Responsible for the coordination with all internal stakeholders for new contract mobilization
  2. Maintain healthy and effective business communication with internal departments and clients
  3. Timely actions on client escalations and other operational needs
  4. Identify and address any operational challenges or issues that arise, implementing solutions to improve efficiency
  5. Resource management and ensuring smooth operations at all sites
  6. Carry out regular cleaning audits for all contracts

Process

  1. Ensure work schedules are created in line with contractual scope for seamless delivery
  2. Report any service variations to the Operations Manager
  3. Effective utilization of CAFM systems on required contracts
  4. Maintain all records relating to disciplinary actions, incident reports, and annual leave

Innovation

  1. Identify and implement technology solutions
  2. Improve cleaning effectiveness by developing new cleaning methods
  3. Create customized cleaning solutions

Selection Criteria

  1. 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity
  2. BICS certification or equivalent certification
  3. Good English writing and communication skills
  4. Valid UAE driving license
  5. Extensive knowledge of computer/reporting systems
  6. Good knowledge of cleaning operations including machines, chemicals, and other processes
