This role involves coordinating facility operations, managing service providers, and addressing facility-related requests to maintain high standards of upkeep. Additionally, the role requires handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints through in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails, ensuring a seamless tenant and stakeholder experience.
