A leading hotel chain in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an Administration Supervisor to manage employee transportation, housing, and inventory. Candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience, possess excellent communication skills, and be computer literate. This full-time role requires regular inspections of facilities and adherence to housing regulations. Competitive salary offered.
Administration Supervision and Coordination: Oversee employee transportation, cafeterias, meals, and personnel of employee housing. Assign duties, responsibilities, and schedules as necessary.
Housing Management: Administer and monitor employee housing rules and regulations to ensure a safe, healthy, and secure environment for residents.
Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventories of linen, furnishings, chemicals, and sports equipment. Prepare and update room allocation lists regularly.
Property and Room Maintenance: Maintain individual inventory forms for each room and resident. Ensure all hotel items are returned upon resignation or termination. Keep a master key for secure storage of room and apartment keys.
Facility Inspection and Cleanliness: Regularly inspect accommodation blocks and public areas for cleanliness. Conduct inspections of rooms and facilities with relevant departments.
Equipment and Inventory Control: Assist Engineering in maintaining equipment. Follow preventive maintenance guidelines. Control linen inventory and issue employee linen according to standards.
Employee Records and Security: Maintain updated employee records for those living on-site or out, to ensure security during emergencies. Monitor employee transportation and address concerns.
Employee Assistance: Support employees with problems or queries, acting as a counselor and providing guidance when needed.
