Job Purpose

The Digital Marketing Executive/Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate content updates across Modon Holding's digital platforms, supporting brand consistency, and maximizing the effectiveness of digital campaigns. This role will help drive operational efficiency, enhance campaign ROI, and contribute to the company’s digital transformation objectives.

Roles, Responsibilities, Duties

Content Management

  • Manage and update content on Amplify, SharePoint (Intranet), and the corporate website.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to source, edit, and publish engaging and accurate content.
  • Coordinate with editorial and design teams to develop content and visual assets.
  • Maintain and manage the internal communications content calendar for timely updates.

Internal Communications

  • Schedule and distribute employee communications, including emails and newsletters.
  • Maintain internal communications content calendars and ensure timely updates.
  • Support internal campaigns and initiatives by ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Ensure adherence to brand, content governance, and quality standards.

Digital Campaign Management

  • Assist in the planning, setup, execution, monitoring, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Generate campaign performance reports and actionable insights to enhance future strategies.
  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors on campaign and content deliverables.

Troubleshooting

  • Resolve content-related issues across digital platforms promptly.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Certification in digital marketing or content management systems is a plus.

Experience and Competencies:

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in digital content management and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., SharePoint, WordPress) and digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital campaign metrics.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and digital asset management is a plus
