This role involves inspecting facilities, scheduling maintenance, and coordinating logistics across various zones. Job description

Facilities Inspection and Maintenance
  • Inspect all facilities, act on required maintenance, barriers, and other issues.
  • Daily inspection and reporting of overall facility status, including any issues.
Maintenance Scheduling

Quarterly and monthly maintenance planning during peak seasons and as required.

  • Security personnel requirements
  • Tower lighting
  • LED lighting
  • Sewage water supply
  • Drainage water removal
Build-up/Tear Down Procedures
  • Monitor build-up activities for all vehicle access points.
  • Coordinate parking across different zones and yards.
  • Ensure strict timing in coordination with security for vehicle entry and exit to DWTC.
  • Monitor tear-down logistics, coordinating access priorities with security.
  • Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders: Security, contractor badge team, H&S, and others.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the reporting line and Senior Director - Venue Infrastructure, assisting in operations.
  • Ensure all duties comply with quality standards, security protocols, and health & safety regulations.

Note: Due to the nature of the work, timings may vary based on ongoing events. The role requires significant onsite presence throughout the venue and involves unsociable working hours (mainly evenings, weekends, and public holidays) depending on event operational needs.

Qualifications

Formal Education: Diploma or High School qualification.

Work Experience

Minimum of 2 years in the event industry in an operational role.

Skills & Knowledge
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of EBMS
  • Report writing skills
  • Participation in training/workshops related to event management, including planning, operations, project management, self-organization, and time management (training to be conducted internally).
