Job Description of Cook / Helper / Commi

• Must have good experience of kitchen equipment.
• Produce quality product in a timely and efficient manner for the guests.
• Team management & Team player qualities.
• To be enthusiastic to develop your own skills and knowledge.
• To be consistently well groomed & professional in appearance and to wear the appropriate uniform.
• Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes.
• Communicate assistance needed during busy periods.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
• Have general knowledge of cooking temperatures, making soups & sauces, preparing entrees, vegetable preparation, and a la carte cooking.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen area, workstations, tables, tools, knives and other equipment.
• Minimize waste and maintain controls to attain forecasted food cost.
• To ensure that the kitchen is always clean and organized.

Requirements and Skills:
