Cook / Chef, Asst. Cook, Galley Boys, and Laundry Man
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years’ work experience in hotel / restaurant etc.
- Proven work experience as a cook or chef.
- Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment.
- Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking, and intercontinental dishes.
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience in hotel & restaurant etc.
Galley Boys:
Assists in kitchen operations, dishwashing, and general work of the galley.
Laundry Attendant:
Handles washing, drying, ironing, and maintaining cleanliness of linens and uniforms.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in the Rig is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
