Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 4-5 years’ work experience in hotel / restaurant etc.
2. Proven work experience as a cook or chef.
3. Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment.
4. Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking, and intercontinental dishes.
5. Familiarity with sanitation regulations.
6. Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience in hotel & restaurant etc.

Galley Boys:

Assists in kitchen operations, dishwashing, and general work of the galley.

Laundry Attendant:

Handles washing, drying, ironing, and maintaining cleanliness of linens and uniforms.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Prior experience in the Rig is an advantage.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Good communication and teamwork skills.
4. Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
