Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an experienced Camp Cook to prepare nutritious meals in their employee accommodation located in Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialize in Indian and Pakistani cuisine, ensuring high hygiene standards and managing food stock.

You will be responsible for cooking daily meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. The position offers a competitive salary along with accommodation, transportation, medical insurance, and annual leave as per company policy.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a cook in a camp, catering company, hotel, or industrial kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of Indian and Pakistani cuisine.
• Experience preparing meals for large groups.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Location: Accommodation Camp

Reporting To: Camp Supervisor, Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks)
• Cook Indian and Pakistani dishes including curries, biryani, rice, daal, vegetables, chapati, paratha, grilled items, and non-vegetarian meals
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Plan menus and manage food stock levels
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and minimize food wastage
