Job summary

ASICO Real Estate in Dubai is seeking a conveyancer to manage property transfer transactions from initiation to completion. You will coordinate with clients, brokers, banks, developers, and DLD Trustee Offices to ensure smooth closings and accurate documentation.

The role requires knowledge of Dubai conveyancing, DLD procedures, and Golden Visa processes. You will develop funds facilitation processes and win new business through strong networking and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Dubai real estate conveyancing and DLD procedures.
• Existing contacts with POA, valuation, and related service providers.
• Understanding of fund facilitation and Golden Visa procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage property transfer transactions from start to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, brokers, banks, developers, and DLD Trustee Offices.
• Verify property documents, NOCs, title deeds, POAs, and mortgage documents.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure timely transaction processing.
• Verify invoices, receipts, and supporting documents before submission to Accounts.
• Maintain vendor relationships for POA, property valuation, and related services.
• Develop processes for property transaction fund facilitation.
• Handle or coordinate Golden Visa applications.
• Generate new business through contacts with brokers, agencies, investors, and other partners.
• Identify business opportunities for conveyancing and related services.
