Job summary

Vacation Homes by Provident in Dubai is seeking an Arabic-speaking Conveyancing Officer to coordinate property sales from reservation to transfer. The role requires Dubai experience, a valid UAE driving license, and immediate availability.

You will manage communications with buyers and sellers, coordinate NOC applications, liaise with banks and trustees, and ensure documents are correct for title transfer, reporting to the team and maintaining strong client relationships in a dynamic real estate

Qualifications

• Experience as a Conveyancing Officer or Sales Progression Officer in Dubai.
• Arabic speaker with ability to communicate with Arabic-speaking clients and authorities.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate property sales from reservation to transfer stage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from sellers and buyers and manage welcome emails and introductory calls.
• Coordinate with clients by phone and email to explain the sales progression process, from NOC to title transfer.
• Update all parties on due payments, provide reports, and ensure documents are correct before applying for the NOC.
• Liaise with sellers, buyers, sales advisors, tenants, solicitors, banks, valuators, developers, and Trustee Offices.
• Arrange property evaluations, NOC appointments, and transfer appointments between parties.
• Validate documents such as Powers of Attorney and ensure they are valid for the transaction.
• Collect fees, provide payment schedules, and guide clients on manager's cheques for charges.
• Maintain case sheets and ensure data is captured in CRM and share drive.
• Report weekly to Head of Sales Progression and address obstacles quickly.
