Description: Working with a Document controller for Abu Dhabi.
Secret Duties:
Implements systems for monitoring documentation/communication from both internal and outside clients.
Prepares conventional documents for the project group, including paper circulation, basic cover letters, and duplicates of conference documents.
Provides personal help to the project management group as required.
Supports the invoice tracking and monitoring of documents using basic file management programs to register files, maintain databases, and produce logs, transmittals, and other records as required.
Complies with tracking requirements in accordance with the accepted procedures.
Secret Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder.
Minimum of three years of experience in relevant jobs in clerical and file control.
Expertise in MS Office Applications.
Good written and oral communication, business, and social skills, along with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with project personnel and management.
