Job summary

A leading water management company is seeking an Industrial Electrician in Sharjah, UAE. The role involves electrical installation, maintenance, and assisting in wastewater treatment projects. Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience, relevant qualifications, and prefer experience within UAE or GCC. A valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in Waste Water Treatment Plant and Equipment Manufacturing.
• Experience in Control panel wiring and Electrical installation.
• Testing and commissioning field experience.

Responsibilities

• Cable tray installation, cable pulling, and glanding.
• Work according to provided drawings and sketches.
• Report maintenance needs and material requisition.
• Assist colleagues and maintain a clean working area.
• Take care of tools and reduce waste.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Industrial Electrician / Electrical helper for cable tray installation, cable pulling, armoured cable glanding and termination.
• To work according to the Drawing / Sketch / sample given by Electrical Engineer / Supervisor.
• To report any required or preventative maintenance to Supervisor.
• To report any required material before exhaustion.
• To assist other individuals when needed.
• To maintain the working area clean.
• To take care of all the Equipment and Tools.
• To reduce the wastage / scrap.

Skills

• Strong knowledge in Electrical installation works.
• Ability to solve problems and repair equipment on site.
• Ability to Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Having a working experience in UAE and other GCC / North African region.
• UAE Driving license is added advantage.
