Job Description:

As the Contracts & Pricing Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing contracts and pricing models to optimize value for both the company and our clients. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, legal acumen, and financial expertise to optimize revenue through pricing and commercialization.

What You'll Do:

  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Contribute to the entire contract lifecycle, from initial proposal, finalising scope of work, negotiation, contract development to execution.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks in contracts and deal pricing structures and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, safeguarding the company's interests.
  • Contracts development and compliance: Reviewing and finalising the scope of work, pricing and key terms and conditions for both customer and supplier contracts, ensuring all contracts adhere to legal, finance and regulatory standards, working closely with legal, sales and finance teams to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.
  • Price Modelling: Develop and implement effective pricing models and templates for technology solutions, considering business requirements and approved strategies.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to evaluate the cost and revenue drivers of proposed contracts and pricing structures and recommend options to optimizing profitability.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all contracts, pricing models, and related correspondence to support auditing and reporting requirements.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in building and updating pricing model.
  • 3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience
  • 5+ years of Contract Reviews, Tendering, and Bidding on RFI/RFP experience
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and pricing strategy, preferably in the heavy industry or technology industry.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with legal standards and compliance requirements.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of and financial modelling and analysis.
