Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager with 15+ years of expertise to manage and oversee contract negotiations, compliance, and administration for our projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of construction contracts, FIDIC standards, and UAE-specific laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and subcontracts for construction projects.
  2. Develop standardized contract templates for recurring project needs.
  3. Oversee contract lifecycle management, from initiation to closure.
  4. Manage amendments, variations, and change orders.
  5. Monitor compliance with local and international construction laws.
  6. Implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on large-scale construction projects in the UAE or GCC region.

Additional certifications in contract management is an advantage.
