Job description

We are looking for an experienced Manager Contract Management to lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle ensuring compliance efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives. This is a senior-level position where you will manage contract creation evaluation of variation orders administration renewals performance monitoring and closure. You will work closely with legal finance and other stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all phases of contract lifecycle from inception to closure.

  • Prepare review and finalize contracts ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards.

  • Coordinate with end-users legal and finance teams to handle claims variations and terminations.

  • Monitor contract performance manage renewals or terminations and provide regular status reports to senior management.

  • Identify risks in contract terms and develop strategies for risk mitigation.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all contracts.

  • Lead mentor and support a team of contract management professionals.

  • Drive process improvement initiatives within the contract management function.


RequirementsTo be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Finance or a related field (Master s degree or professional certifications like CPSM/CIPS preferred).

  • Experience: 8 12 years of experience in contract management sourcing procurement or supply chain management with at least 4 6 years in a leadership role.

  • Skills:

    • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

    • Excellent analytical and financial acumen.

    • Leadership and team management abilities.

    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge: Proficiency in supply chain management tools and software.

Working Conditions:
  • Schedule: Full-time onsite
