Job summary

Currie & Brown is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi with Data Centre experience. You will review plans and contracts, manage the contract lifecycle, and maintain client relationships to deliver commercial reporting.

The role requires strong writing, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills to coordinate with project teams and external partners. Responsibilities include negotiating terms, establishing delivery schedules, assessing risks, and ensuring deadlines are met

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Contract Manager.
• Basic knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts.
• Excellent writing skills and keen attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with staff, managers and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specifications and contracts to ensure correct equipment, material and subcontractor services are ordered or purchased.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver commercial and contracts reports according to the clients’ requirements.
• Manage the contract lifecycle.
• Determine or negotiate contract terms and conditions, award supplier contracts or recommend contract awards.
• Review and update existing contracts.
• Explain terms and conditions to managers and relevant parties.
• Establish delivery schedules, monitor progress, and contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems.
• Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms.
• Work with project managers, architects, engineers, owners and others to meet project goals.
• Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met.
• Maintain organized system of physical and digital records.
