Euro Mechanical is looking for a Contracts Manager to join its Commercial team.

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the Contracts Manager will lead and manage all contractual activities within the Commercial Team of Euro Mechanical, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal and financial requirements, and industry standards. The Contracts Manager will oversee contract negotiation (internal and external), administration, and execution to optimise operational and financial performance, for all business sectors of Euro Mechanical.

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with UAE laws, oil & gas industry standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with project teams, procurement, finance, and legal advisors to align contracts with business objectives and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks, seek management approvals as needed, and act as a liaison for contract disputes.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure contractual alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain compliance certifications, contractual documents, and an up-to-date contracts database for easy access by internal management.
• Prepare and present contract performance reports, monitor compliance, and develop strategies to minimise risk exposure.
