Job summary

Penspen is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead contract and commercial activities for a major Sour Gas / Gas Processing project in Abu Dhabi under a PMC framework.

The role requires 20+ years in Oil & Gas, with a minimum of 10 years in senior contracts roles, and strong PMC and EPC/LSTK contract management experience, ideally on UAE projects.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of Oil & Gas industry experience.
• Minimum 10 years in Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Manager / Commercial Manager roles.
• Strong experience in PMC / Client-side contract management.
• Proven experience managing major EPC/LSTK contracts.
• Hands-on experience in contract administration, claims, variations, EOT, change management and commercial negotiations.
• Experience on major UAE Oil & Gas projects is highly preferred.
• Experience with a major UAE National Oil & Gas Company is highly desirable.
• Experience in sour gas, gas processing, CPF or upstream Oil & Gas projects is preferred.
• Experience across FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and project close-out is advantageous.
• UAE/GCC project experience is preferred.

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead and manage contractual and commercial activities for a major Sour Gas / Gas Processing project under a PMC environment in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Business Administration, Commercial Management or related discipline.
• Professional certification in Contracts/Commercial Management is advantageous.

Experience Requirements

• 20+ years of Oil & Gas industry experience.
• Minimum 10 years in Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Manager / Commercial Manager roles.
• Strong experience in PMC / Client-side contract management.
