Job summary

WhiteCrow Research is supporting a UAE-based client in Dubai for an Assistant Manager - Contracts. You will prepare budgetary cost advice for all work elements, issue inquiries, prepare bid summaries, support procurement and contract activities, and generate Order of Magnitude costs to guide planning.

You will also refine costs during design development and coordinate across civil, mechanical, electrical teams.

Qualifications

Graduate in Contracts Management/Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or related field.
Strong knowledge in FIDIC suite of contracts.
Min. 3–5 years of experience with contract administration.
CCM/PCM/CPP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Preparing budgetary cost advice for all work elements of the project.
Issuing inquiries to suppliers/subcontractors and preparing bid summaries.
Supporting procurement and contractual activities, safeguarding company interests.
Generating 'Order of Magnitude' costs for construction projects.
Refining, monitoring, and controlling costs during design development.
Managing cost analysis for new work, repair, and maintenance work.
Liaising between civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and other disciplines for material requirements.
Conducting risk analysis of different projects.
Procuring quality services and works and ensuring best value.
Managing tendering and awarding process and procedures.
