Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
• 3–5 years of contracts experience in infrastructure or construction.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contract-related documents, notices, and commercial trackers.
• Assist in variation orders, EOT claims, and delay notices with supporting evidence.
• Support subcontract administration and monitor contractor compliance with obligations.
• Review contract terms to identify commercial risks and notice deadlines.
• Compile records for contractual disputes and assist in responses.
