Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the company bidding process.
  2. Support Business Development to maximize business opportunities.
  3. Review and approve client contracts, including renewals, amendments, and contractual matters until closure.
  4. Prepare proposals and contracts collaboratively with relevant departments and coordinate reviews.
  5. Administer change orders and milestone claims of client contracts.
  6. Manage contractual documentation such as End-use Certificates and Statements.
  7. Assist Finance with financial instruments like Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees.
  8. Manage Work Authority Tasks and Projects on SAP, including WBSE structures and budgets.
  9. Support cost reporting, budgeting, and financial forecasting for client contracts.
  10. Develop and monitor standards for contract administration compliance.
  11. Manage key supplier accounts, including scheduling, contracts, payments, and quality issues.
  12. Oversee Proposal Management processes.
  13. Serve as the Client Relationship Management (CRM) Super User.
  14. Participate in EXCO meetings, contributing constructively.
  15. Liaise with EDGE Legal Counsel regarding legal requirements.
  16. Assist the CEO in adhering to Delegation of Authority (DOA) and legal standards.
Experience & Education:
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in project and contract management.
  • Experience leading a commercial or Business Development function, preferably in defense.
  • SAP system experience is advantageous.
  • Degree in Business Administration.
  • Contract management training is required.
  • Project management training is a plus.
Key Skills:
