Are you an experienced contracts professional with a strong background in trading and shipping? We’re currently seeking aContract Advisorto join a high-performing commercial team based in Dubai. This is a dynamic opportunity within a global trading environment, focusing on oil products, freight, and marine cargo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providecontractual and commercial adviceacross physical oil trading agreements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts includingspot and term deals,offtake agreements,tenders, andstorage arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk frameworks, and trading standards.
  • Support resolution of contract disputes and liaise with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Insurance).
  • Contribute to process improvement, knowledge capture, and documentation updates.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum5 years’ experienceintrading, shipping, or oil & gas contracts, ideally within acommoditiesormarine logisticsenvironment.
  • Strong understanding of commercial risk, deal structures, and contract law.
  • Skilled innegotiation, stakeholder engagement, and high-pressure decision-making.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
  • Based in theUAEor with immediate availability to relocate.
