Job description

Our client, a large construction company, is currently seeking a Contracts Administrator for the Dubai location.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all contracts and agreements, including proposing, drafting, negotiating, administering, and overseeing their execution.

This role involves providing routine contract and commercial support to projects to ensure timely completion with minimal risks. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Contributing to the development and implementation of contract management plans, monitoring performance, and addressing non-performance issues to achieve desired contract outcomes.
  2. Administering contracts by liaising with line managers and updating contract details to maintain accurate information.
  3. Establishing and maintaining relationships with the company, subcontractors, and suppliers to identify and mitigate risks and maximize contract value.
  4. Proactively identifying and managing contract risks to meet organizational obligations and achieve planned outcomes.

The role also involves handling contracts, contract administration, disputes (including arbitration and litigation), as well as project planning and scheduling.
