  • Draft, review,, and negotiate contract terms to ensure clarity and compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and requirements for contract execution.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on contract management processes and best practices.
  • Maintain an organized contract management system, ensuring easy retrieval and tracking of contract status.
  • Conduct regular audits of contracts to verify adherence to terms and conditions, addressing discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist in resolving contract disputes through effective communication and negotiation with stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and changes, advising on potential impacts to existing contracts.
  • Prepare and present reports on contract performance metrics to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Support the procurement process by ensuring timely execution of contracts to meet project timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract administration or management within a relevant industry.
  • Professional certification such as Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or similar is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the specific industry of work, such as construction, technology, or healthcare, is preferred.
  • Proficient in contract management software and tools, along with advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal language.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively negotiate and convey contract terms.
