Job description

We are looking to hire a Contract Administrator who will be responsible forsupporting the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in contract drafting, administration, and strong coordination skills to liaise across internal teams and external vendors for our client based in Dubai, which is one of the largest companies in the region.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 3 months and is renewable.

The role sits within the Procurement Department.

We are looking for a passionate Contract Administrator responsible for drafting contracts using the company’s standard templates.

Key responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with internal business units, Legal, Insurance Procurement, and external suppliers to facilitate the timely drafting, review, and finalization of contracts.
  • Contract Drafting: Draft and author contracts using Oracle Fusion and the company’s standard templates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate standards.
  • Approval Process: Manage the contract approval workflow. Submit finalized contracts for internal approvals and track progress to ensure timely execution.
  • Execution & Documentation: Submit approved contracts and NDAs through DocuSign for internal and external signatures. Distribute fully signed copies to all relevant stakeholders and ensure proper recordkeeping.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline the contracts process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal Studies
  • Minimum 2- 5 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion or similar contract management systems.
  • Familiarity with standard legal and procurement terminology.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Experience with DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms.

Preference will be given to candidates available immediately.
