Job description

The Contracts and Estimation Executive is responsible for leading the estimation and pricing functions within the company ensuring the delivery of competitive and innovative bids to enhance business growth and maintain client relationships. This role involves Quantity Surveying and preparing estimations collaborating with operational and business development teams and ensuring accurate cost modelling and contract compliance.

Estimation and Bidding:

  • Handle the complete tendering process for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) in Integrated Facility Management (IFM).
  • Prepare bids for residential commercial retail and master community projects.
  • Conduct detailed quantity surveying and estimation for IFM and retrofits projects.
  • Develop cost estimates for facilities maintenance Soft and Hard Services
  • Create and submit pricing models using ERP estimation software.
  • Conduct benchmarking to ensure bids remain competitive within industry norms.
  • Create P&L and cash flow forecasts for bidding opportunities.

Contracts and Vendor Management:

  • Liaise with internal teams suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive pricing.
  • Negotiate subcontractor/vendor agreements to ensure cost efficiency and quality delivery.
  • Ensure contracts comply with commercial and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage framework pricing models for contracts.
  • Identify and mitigate commercial risks in contracts and bids.
  • Support contract renewals and ensure adherence to SLA and compliance requirements.

Technical and Project Coordination:

  • Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) bill of materials (BOM) and material requisitions.
  • Assist in project coordination ensuring estimation aligns with project specifications and .
  • Provide technical assistance to design project and site teams regarding material selection installation and troubleshooting.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with business development and operational teams to align estimations with sales targets.
  • Support in finalizing bid proposals and contract documentation.
  • Ensure seamless handover of cost models to finance and operations teams.
