As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Agent to lead our sales efforts in the UAE Market.

Position Overview:

The Sales Agent for the UAE market will work as a contracted freelance sales agent. They will play a pivotal role in generating and achieving sales targets, focusing on driving revenue growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales within the building materials industry, especially in stone quarrying and manufacturing (covering all our Product Categories). This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the architectural and engineering aspects of the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Market Strategy and Expansion:
    • Implement and participate in developing the sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share goals.
    • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to seize business opportunities.
    • Prioritize target customer segments and tailor strategies accordingly.
    • Determine effective market entry approaches considering local business practices.
  2. Performance Metrics and KPIs:
    • Achieve KPIs set by VENE.
    • Adapt strategies based on market shifts and client feedback.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Generate customer data and log it into CRM, updating regularly.
    • Ensure compliance with project specification documentation.
  4. Communication:
    • Keep VENE informed about ongoing ventures.
    • Update clients on new products, services, and innovations.
    • Provide timely updates on order status, delivery schedules, and relevant information.
  5. Problem Resolution:
    • Act as a point of contact for client concerns or issues.
    • Involve VENE team to ensure technical and industry standards are met.
    • Proactively resolve challenges to ensure client satisfaction.
  6. Product Knowledge and Technical Expertise:
    • Demonstrate deep understanding of the company's product line, including technical specifications and applications.
    • Provide technical support and address inquiries related to product features and benefits.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
  2. Proven success in sales leadership within the building materials industry, especially stone quarrying and manufacturing.
  3. Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles related to construction materials.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies.
  6. Willingness to travel within the UAE and explore other neighboring markets as needed.
