Job Description

1. SAP / ERP Knowledge: Utilizing SAP software for contract creation, management, issuing work orders, assessing contract performance, and ensuring efficient and streamlined processes with Contractors and Clients.
2. Managing Contracts: Overseeing the entire lifecycle of contracts, including contract creation, amendments, extensions, and terminations.
3. Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: Creating and editing contractual agreements between the company and suppliers.
4. Providing Guidance and Negotiating Terms: Offering advice and clarification on contract terms and conditions. Negotiating contract terms, conditions, and pricing to ensure favourable outcomes for the organization.
5. Resolving Issues: Supporting and handling contract-related disputes or issues that arise.
6. Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documentation.
