We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter with exceptional stakeholder management skills, adept at navigating the complexities of large organizations and engaging senior leadership. This role calls for a skilled communicator who can effectively articulate insights, lead impactful conversations, and bring a strategic, data-driven approach to recruitment. With experience engaging with senior stakeholders such as C-level executives, Heads of department, etc., the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of translating metrics into meaningful action and driving alignment across industry-leading teams.


Recruiter - 2 - 6 years

As a Recruiter, you will also be responsible for recruiting top talent across various levels within tech, product, and other business functions. This role demands an expert in end-to-end recruitment processes, including hiring for leadership roles, who can effectively partner with stakeholders to drive strategic hiring decisions that align with our business goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Full-Cycle Recruitment:


Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across levels in tech, product, and functional areas, from sourcing to onboarding.


Lead recruitment for leadership and executive roles, identifying and attracting candidates with the skills and experience to drive the company’s growth.


Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development:


Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of diverse, high-caliber candidates across all levels through strategic sourcing channels, including networking, executive search platforms, and industry events.


Identify, engage, and build relationships with passive candidates to ensure a continuous flow of talent for critical roles.


Stakeholder Partnership:


Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders across departments to understand business needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.


Provide consultative support, advising stakeholders on market trends, candidate expectations, and recruitment best practices to improve hiring effectiveness.


Candidate Experience:


Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates, from initial contact to onboarding, particularly for leadership candidates, emphasizing clear communication and engagement.


Prepare candidates for interviews, keeping them informed throughout the process, and managing expectations around timelines and feedback.


Metrics & Reporting:


Track and analyze recruitment metrics to provide insights on performance, time-to-hire, candidate quality, and process improvements.


Present regular reports and updates to stakeholders, highlighting recruitment progress, challenges, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
